Football Kicking Tips
1) The ball doesn't go through by accident. It takes consistent practice.
2) The bottom of your shoe should be about parallel to the field as you hit the football.
3) Kicking with the side of your foot as opposed to the "straight on" method will make you more accurate.
4) Keep your head down and focus on seeing your foot make contact with the bottom third of the football.
5) Your plant foot should land alongside the ball, not behind it or ahead of it.
6) Tee up about 7 yards from the center.
7) Keep your head down as long as possible on the follow-through.
8) Your follow-through should be aimed straight toward the target.
9) Don't try to change your approach on longer tries.
