Objective of Drill: To work on change of direction and foot speed.
Action of Drill: Take four cones 5 yards apart in a box with a 5th cone in the
middle. You'll have to touch the top of every cone but always coming back to
the middle cone and after the last cone, touch, sprint through, and on the outside
of your cones use a speed ladder to finish. Use a 2-step motion to run out.
Coaching Points: Stay low using arm drive . It really works your feet and arms.
