Football Drills Green Bay Run
Objective of Drill: Conditioning Through Intensive Running.
Action of Drill: Run to the 10-yard-line and back, then run to the 20-yard-line and back, then run to the 30-yard-line and back. Continue this running process out to the 40-yard-line and back, the 50-yard-line and back, the opposite 40-yard-line and back, the opposite 30-yard-line and back, the opposite 20-yard-line and back, the opposite 10-yard-line and back, and the opposite goal-line and back.
Do this Football Running and Conditioning Drill Twice!
Coaching Points: Your players will need plenty of water after this one.
